A lot of us will have moments in our careers where we’re like, Can I really do this? I’ve had many questions—like personal, deep questions about whether I can take on this responsibility in an organization that is looking to do things differently. But I think the answer is yes—like, I’ve done it. Now it’s about continuing that and really trying to make a difference.
