Apples are good cold or if you cut them up, sprinkle cinnamon over them and micro for about a minute, it will taste like apple pie. Bananas are so good warmed up like that too. Peel the banana, put it on a plate, cut it up into about 8–10 pieces and sprinkle cinnamon or even a few chocolate chips on top. Micro about a minute. Cinnamon has zero calories. The banana like that is amazing. Carrots dipped in salsa are also good when you need to eat something. I would bet my last dollar that if you make these changes, you will see your pants and shirts getting looser pretty quick. Good luck!!

I don’t think you should lose any weight. You are at a good weight now. When my daughter was 14 she was very, very skinny and it was a struggle to help her be at a good healthy state.
