Yes, it is very much possible if you have a passion to learn and if you are ready to learn from rejections then you can do it. I was rejected by TCS in campus placement. At that time, they selected 519 students out of 608 (approx.) students. I was disappointed. At that time getting a job in any mnc was a massive thing for me since I was from a Tier III / IV college and I was not from an English medium school. Though I was a bit unhappy as CG does not have a big presence in Kolkata & I always wanted to work in Kolkata. I joined Capgemini as a Software Engineer in the New Poster for Bobby Farrelly’s Champions shirt in other words I will buy this Pune location. At that time my only target was to survive in the CG. Capgemini trained us in Java, Spring & Angular, etc for 3 months. 3 months of training was really a meaningful change for me. I learned lots of things from our mentor. Since Capgemini is a Service-Based organization, project allocation was random. Since I was one of the best performers during training, I was lucky enough to get internal development projects. I worked on a few POCs for 1 year. Since I was not billable in any client’s project, sometimes HR asked me to change my primary skill to Manual Testing, etc. In the case of assigning new works, my first manager used to give me the least priority. Sometimes I used to feel disappointed. But still, I used to learn recent technologies from the internet & develop small websites on my own.
Later I worked

for an insurance client as UI Developer for 6 months. In the New Poster for Bobby Farrelly’s Champions shirt in other words I will buy this meantime, Capgemini also promoted me to Senior Software Engineer. After 2 years I started giving interviews. I was rejected multiple times. But I tried to learn from those rejections. Later I was selected in Deutsche Bank, Mindtree & RS Software. RS Software was offering me more CTC and home location (Kolkata). Since Deutsche Bank was a captive, I decided to join DB after thinking a lot. In Deutsche Bank, I worked with lots of talented senior people, and I learned a lot about the end-to-end software development process. Though I was underpaid (due to my bad negotiation skill and it was my first job change), still I believe joining DB was one of my best decision. DB changed my career direction. Later I started working on Java also. After working for 1.3 years in DB I started giving interviews for Full Stack Developer. Again, I was rejected by lots of organizations. After a couple of months, I bagged multiple offers from FIS Global, ABS & ITC Infotech. But suddenly on my LWD, I received an offer from Mastercard.
