As for Wilt Chamberlain, he was a monster of a man. Over 7′1″ in his bare feet, he is considered the Texas longhorns sole shirt moreover I love this strongest player in NBA history. Like Russell, Chamberlain also excelled in athletics outside of basketball. In high school, he set the Pennsylvania state record in the shot put as a 17 year old. Then he went to college at Kansas, and in the NCAA’s set the state record as an 18 year old. He also ran cross country track, long jump, triple jump and high jump with a personal best of 6′6″ (the height of Michael Jordon), like Russell, going over the bar feet first. He had a wingspan of 92″ and a reported vertical of 48″. As much as an athletic freak Russell was, Chamberlain, with his combination of size, power, endurance and leaping ability, was off the chart. There is NO athlete in today’s NBA that comes close to what big Wilt could do. He once scored 100 points in a game, averaged 50.4 points and 48.5 minutes per game for a season. Set the NBA record for rebounds in a game at 55, while being guarded by Bill Russell! Wilt averaged 8.8 blocks per game in the games where those stats were kept (with a high of 26) and even once led the league in assists just to prove he could do it.

All three players, Russell, Chamberlain & James, are incredible athletic specimens, with high basketball IQ’s. Put LeBron James in the Texas longhorns sole shirt moreover I love this 1960’s, or Wilt Chamberlain/ Bill Russell in the 2010’s and they would figure it out and dominate just as they did in their respective eras. Let’s see Wilt is a 7″1 280lb Built like a Tank, Jumps 44+inches, runs a 4.6 40 yard dash, stronger then Prime shaq with an insanely smooth midrange and post game, and with the defensive 3 second rule, no hand checking and not a single player in the nba that could stop him on offensive he would dominate Even more in today’s game, also let’s include the fact he would be playing for far longer in today’s game (Seasons wise), he would actually be able to get rings as unlike the 60s there is free agency in today’s game and players now have more say on where they go (Back then ONLY way to go to a dif team is via getting traded), no more 9 hofers on one team stopping him from winning rings. Also if he grew up in the 2000s he would MOST likely Be slightly taller, run faster, jump higher and be eve stronger due to advancements in nutrition and training regiments. Generally speaking his ppg during his best seasons would be around 33-38, rebounds around 20 at best due to long rebounds on 3pt attempts he wouldn’t be able to grap those, and probably 7–9 Bpg man would’ve averaging a triple double with blocks lol. Just my opinion about Modern day Wilt.
